Job Responsibilities:
Primarily involved in Android TV/Projector projects.
1. Independently serve as the technical support contact for key clients, handling moderate to high-level technical issues including system stability, performance, and compatibility.
2. Capable of traveling to client sites for problem identification, debugging, and validation of temporary software versions (including communication in English when necessary).
3. Proficient in using tools such as ADB, Logcat, Systrace, and Perfetto for in-depth log analysis and high-performance issue troubleshooting.
4. Lead or participate in the reproduction and experimental design of complex client-side issues.
5. For underlying bugs that cannot be directly resolved, clearly and accurately document problem reports, providing detailed logs, analysis processes, and preliminary judgments to facilitate prompt resolution by the R&D team.
6. Develop and maintain FAQs and knowledge bases for assigned areas.
7. Mentor and assist junior FAE engineers by sharing troubleshooting experience and client communication skills.
Qualifications:
1. Solid foundation in computer science, familiarity with Linux systems, common data structures and algorithms, and excellent software development practices.
2. Familiar with the Android framework, particularly the Framework layer.
3. Strong proficiency in either JAVA or C/C++ programming languages.
4. Responsible, with good teamwork and communication skills.
5. Ability to communicate technical issues in English.
6. Proficient in using Git and Repo.
7. Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Communications, Software Engineering, or a related field.
8. Familiar with ROM-related development processes.
9. Experience with Amlogic, Hisilicon, or MediaTek solutions is preferred.
