Job Responsibilities
1. Banking and Treasury Management
-Oversee the full lifecycle management of bank accounts, including account opening, closure, annual reviews, and bank reconciliation.
-Handle domestic and international foreign exchange transactions, including payroll processing.
-Maintain accurate and timely bank journal entries to ensure clear and precise financial records.
-Assist in managing daily treasury operations for overseas entities, including Hong Kong, the Netherlands, and Germany.
2. Accounts Receivable, Reimbursement, and Tax Processing
-Conduct preliminary reviews of employee reimbursement documents in compliance with financial policies to ensure accuracy and legality of supporting documents.
-Collaborate with accounting consultants to calculate and confirm personal income tax in accordance with contracts and tax regulations.
-Manage invoice issuance, registration, and follow-up on accounts receivable for all entities.
3. Comprehensive Operational Support
-Assist with organizational changes for overseas entities (e.g., BVI), including share transfers, name changes, and other corporate regulatory procedures.
-Maintain fixed asset registers for overseas entities and assist the administrative department with asset inventory checks.
-Provide timely bank statements, qualification certificates, and other required documentation to support budget preparation and credit-related matters.
-Offer English language support for the finance department, including document handling and communication, ensuring smooth overseas financial operations.
-Complete other ad-hoc tasks assigned by department leadership.
Job Requirements
1. Basic Skill Requirements
-Education: Bachelor’s degree or above in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related fields. Candidates with accounting certifications (e.g., CPA, ACCA, CMA) or those currently pursuing such qualifications are preferred.
-Experience: Open to fresh graduates or candidates with 1-2 years of relevant finance-related internship or work experience. Candidates with study or living experience in Europe are preferred..
-Tax & Compliance Knowledge: Familiarity with basic European tax laws and compliance requirements, with a willingness to learn and develop expertise in multi-country tax regulations.
-Language Skills: Proficient communication skills in both Chinese and English. Knowledge of Dutch or another European language is a plus.
-Technical Skills: Proficient in common financial software and Microsoft Office applications. Demonstrated ability to quickly learn and adapt to new systems.
-Analytical Skills: Foundational data analysis capabilities with clear logical thinking. Eagerness to develop strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
-Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team and explain financial information clearly.
-Work Location: This position is available in Fuzhou and Hong Kong. For the Hong Kong role, priority will be given to candidates holding a valid Hong Kong ID or work visa.
