Job Responsibilities:
1. Participate in the entire process of product feature development, from requirement collection to implementation and launch. Strictly follow up on the progress of each stage to ensure high-quality delivery of features according to the plan.
2. Meticulously collect user feedback and organize operational data to accurately extract specific requirements. Compile a clear requirements list to ensure no omissions or misunderstandings.
3. Draft detailed Product Requirement Documents (PRDs), specifying functional details, interaction logic, and handling rules for edge cases. Deliver prototype designs with key interaction points clearly marked to ensure accurate understanding by development and design teams.
4. Develop project plans and track progress. Proactively coordinate with development, testing, and design teams to frequently align on requirement details and progress. Respond promptly and clarify any questions arising during development to avoid rework due to communication gaps.
5. Regularly hold meetings (e.g., stand-ups, review meetings, retrospectives) to synchronize progress and ensure timely delivery. Address unexpected situations (e.g., requirement changes, delay risks) by flexibly adjusting plans to ensure project quality and completion.
6. After feature launch, monitor user data and feedback, compile clear retrospective reports, identify optimization points, and drive the next iteration. Take responsibility for the results.
7. Collaborate with the marketing and operations teams to provide detailed product feature descriptions and related materials. Ensure alignment between promotional materials and actual functionality to avoid information discrepancies.
Job Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree or above.
2. At least 3 years of product management experience. Candidates with experience in payment subscription products or AI products are preferred.
3. Proficiency in English, CET-4 or above.
