Job Responsibilities

1. Product Design & Economic Modeling

-Design integration solutions for blockchain technology in streaming media copyright management, content distribution, and TVOS systems. Build token economy models to optimize user incentives and revenue-sharing mechanisms.

-Develop blockchain-based financial settlement systems using smart contracts to support real-time revenue sharing for copyright holders and ensure transparency in advertising revenue.

-Participate in the development of mid-to-long-term product strategies, leveraging market research, user feedback, and industry trends to define the product roadmap.

2. Technical Implementation & Collaboration

-Draft PRDs, interaction documentation, and user research reports; collaborate with design and development teams to drive product realization.

-Coordinate and facilitate efficient collaboration among development, operations, technical, and growth teams to achieve product launches, version iterations, and operational objectives.

-Liaise with TVOS manufacturers (smart TV brands) to design blockchain certification solutions that comply with industry standards.

3. Market Analysis & Compliance (Financial Advisor)

-Conduct in-depth data analysis to monitor core product metrics (e.g., conversion rates, retention, order behaviors) and identify areas for optimization.

-Analyze on-chain data of competitors (e.g., Audius, LivePeer) to formulate differentiated strategies while ensuring compliance with fintech regulations in regions such as Europe and Latin America.

 

Job Requirements

-At least 3 years of experience as a Product Manager, with proven project experience in blockchain + streaming media/digital content domains.

-Demonstrated ability to independently design token economy models, revenue-sharing systems, or DeFi protocols, with familiarity in mechanisms such as staking and liquidity mining.

-Proficiency in financial modeling tools (e.g., Excel VBA, Python).

-Strong data analysis and product strategy skills, with the ability to drive product iterations through data insights.

-Excellent cross-department communication and coordination skills, capable of efficiently collaborating with R&D, QA, and design teams to advance projects.

-Sensitivity to user experience, with systematic thinking and strong execution capabilities to balance product design and implementation timelines.

-Fluent in Mandarin and English (Mandarin proficiency is mandatory for Shenzhen-based roles).

-Adaptability to cross-border collaboration and willingness to travel frequently between Hong Kong and Shenzhen.
