Reporting a Security Vulnerability
Whale TV welcomes reports from security researchers and users who believe they've found a vulnerability affecting our products or associated services. We'll register every report we receive, and while we can't guarantee a fixed response time, we aim to acknowledge receipt promptly and keep you updated as we investigate.
Once a report is confirmed, our team assesses the affected products, determines the right fix, and works to verify and release a remediation. We coordinate the timing of any public disclosure with the goal of protecting users first. Generally, details are shared only once a fix is available and users have had a reasonable chance to update.
Every submission is recorded and acknowledged.
Affected products are assessed and a fix is built and tested.
Details are shared once a fix is available and users can update.
We ask reporters to act in good faith: please test only what you're authorized to test, avoid actions that could disrupt our services or access user data, and give us the opportunity to address an issue before disclosing it publicly.
Fields marked required are the minimum we need to start triage. Add as much detail as you can — it helps us reproduce and fix the issue faster.
If the form above doesn't suit your report or isn't working as expected, you can reach the security team directly.
